个人简介
张正科,研究员,博/硕士生导师,海南省领军人才、南海名家,海南省荔枝产业技术体系采后处理与加工岗位科学家。现任《eFood》、《Future Postharvest and Food》期刊编委,《热带作物学报》青年编委,担任30多种SCI/EI期刊审稿人。主要围绕热带、亚热带果蔬采后存在的成熟衰老、品质劣变、腐烂损耗、低温冷害等关键问题开展生物学机制与控制技术研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金、海南省重点研发项目、海南省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金等20余项科研项目;在Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology and Technology、食品科学、热带作物学报等期刊发表学术论文160余篇,其中第一或通讯作者论文80余篇,google学术被引6500余次,先后入选ESI高被引论文9篇,连续三年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单;主编/参编著作和教材4部;参与获得甘肃省科技进步一等奖1项。
