个人简介
刘星,博士,教授,博士/硕士生导师,美狮贵宾会高层次引进人才,美狮贵宾会有毒有害物检测技术团队负责人,海南省拔尖人才,海南省科协青年科技英才,海南省食品安全委员会专家,国家市场监管重点实验室(热带果蔬质量与安全)学术带头人及学术委员会委员,海南省食品安全地方标准审评委员会委员。聚焦热带食品安全与健康领域,开展热带农产品安全检测与质量控制技术及产品开发,以及癌症等疾病标志物的快速诊断技术与产品开发等研究。主持国家自然科学基金、海南省重点研发计划等多项国家级和省部级课题。以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文60余篇,并担任国内外多个学术期刊的客座编辑或青年编委。
