    个人简介

    杨俊,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。海南自由贸易港高层次人才,江西省学术之星,海外留学人员。受邀担任International Journal of Molecular Sciences客座编辑;食品研究与开发、Food & Medicine Homology青年编委;近年来,累积发表SCI论文30余篇,h指数22,总被引用次数1600余次。其中以第一或通讯作者在食品领域TOP期刊等发表SCI论文十余篇,其中影响因子大于125篇,1篇进ESI高被引;申请/授权国家发明专利3项;参与编写教材2部。
