    个人简介

    杨嘉利,女,副教授,博士生导师,海南省高层次人才。从事功能食品学及果蔬保鲜相关工作,基于酶学手段合成新型保鲜抑菌物质,并应用于热带果蔬贮运保鲜中。近5年主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,海南省国际科技合作研发项目、海南省自然科学基金高层次人才项目、美狮贵宾会协同创新中心项目等各1项,在Angrew. Chem. Int. Ed.Trends Endocrin. Met.Food Chem.Food Hydrocolloid.Int. J. Biol. Macromol.等期刊上发表SCI 30余篇,是J. Future Foods的青年编委、是Food Chem.Trends Food Sci. Tech.Postharvest Biol. Tec.等多个期刊审稿人。
