个人简介
张明,博士,副教授,美狮贵宾会博/硕士研究生导师,海南省自由贸易港D类人才,海南省“南海新星”科技创新人才,海南省科技特派员,海南农垦草畜猪业有限公司科技副总(挂职)。博士毕业于荷兰马斯特里赫特大学药理毒理专业。主要从事热带农产品精深加工及贮藏、品质调控,植物功能性成分挖掘、活性评价与产品开发,热带农产品精深加工、贮藏、品质控制,功能性食品研究与开发,食品加工副产物综合利用,肉制品品质形成与控制,肉制品绿色加工技术开发,屠宰副产物高值化利用等。以第一作者和通讯作者在 Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、LWT、Free Radical Biology and Medicine 等国际主流期刊上先后发表SCI论文20余篇,发表英文专著1部。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,省部级基金4项,校级基金2项,横向课题3项。
