孟兰环,博士,博士生导师,海南自由贸易港D类高层次人才。长期从事果蔬采后生物学研究,以第一作者发表SCI论文10 余篇,主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目、海南省自然科学基金项目、海南省重点研发计划项目等项目多项。
