个人简介

张雪莹，博士，硕士研究生导师， 海南省其他类高层次人才， 海南省营养学会烹饪与营养专业委员会委员，研究方向为热带水产品加工与副产物综合利用、生物催化与生物转化。 在 Green Chemistry， Journal of Biotechnology，ChemCatChem等期刊发表论文 10 余篇。受邀担任International Journal of Biological Macromolecules， Marine Drugs 等期刊审稿人。 主持海南省自然科学基金项目 2 项，海南省重点研发项目课题 1 项，参与国家自然科学基金项目 2项。
