商文婷,博士,硕士研究生导师, 海南省其他类高层次人才, 研究方向为热带农产品高值化生物处理与加工技术以及食品组分结构的修饰及其营养代谢调控的评价。 以第一或者通讯作者发表论文 10 余篇。受邀担任International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Food Chemistry等期刊的审稿人。
